clarkjo
After almost a year and a half of no fix through software updates, I finally found a workaround to the 30 second delay when connecting to ethernet on wake. it unfortunately requires buying an ethernet switch and connecting your affected devices through it, but it gets rid of the delay. i bought an 8 port netgear switch from best buy for around $25 and it hasn't affected my speeds so if you are planning on buying a switch or are just tired of waiting for a fix, a switch will solve the problem (at least in my experience)
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 26 Administrators Share Posted April 26 That's bizarre, that would indicate that it's not the router/port then as otherwise the same issue would occur, it must be device based - what are the specific devices you're using?
