IPv6

Where would I look to find it, if so? Im just tryin to figure out a better connection set up. Ever since this last bo6 update gameplay an hit registration is horrible.  Mfs just flying around doing matrix poopy apparently,  im even getting the jump in tje gun fight an still dying... Im an average player kd is 1.70

Your ISP would have told you usually if you're able to use it. The ISP modem/router may detail it. Most likely due to the Easter holidays - more people playing the game (especially because of the update) so there is more load on the game servers. More people online/at home also means more ISP congestion and so with those two combined this could account for increased ping and decreased game performance. It's unlikely given you've not changed anything why pings would suddenly rise.

I dont have an router from isp. I have fiber wired directly to the R3. I seemed to turn on console only play, an switched my radius to the west coast from east coast seems to be doing some what better.

All your stats are good! I doubt IPv6 would give you much in the way of performance gains if you do have it but you can try to enable it and do an IPv6 test online to see if you have it
