Could you make a new topic please? It will start to get very confusing helping 3 people in one topic. In that topic please provide the answers to these questions:

  • What is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R2? E.g R2 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  • Are ALL devices connected to the R2?
  • What are the speeds you pay for/receive?
  • Have you entered those speeds into the router?
  • How have you setup Congestion Control?
  • Are ALL devices disconnecting?
  • How often does it occur?
  • When did it start happening? - After changing settings, adding/removing something from your physical setup?
  • Grabbing the log from the System Information page when it happens would also be very helpful

As you didn't make a new topic I've made one for you, please keep responses in this topic now.

I've given you Early Access, you can find the firmware here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/

Please upgrade to it, wait for it to be completed fully (wait 5 minutes after you upload the firmware) then factory reset the router and monitor to see if you get the same issue.
