ping heatmap e football

ping heatmap and E FOOTBALL servers are not visible. what could be the problem. other matches are visible but E FOOTBALL is not visible

Please resync the cloud from the Ping Heatmap menu and then the servers should ping correctly

You can still see the ping on the Geo-Filter when you're in a game

Your router auto-upgraded, you'll need to re-upgrade to the beta and then it will appear on the Geo-Filter: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51611-new-xr500-beta-firmware-33535/

Alternatively follow these steps and it will work despite not being specifically selected:

1. Quit the application/game/client completely
2. Remove device from the Geo-Filter
3. Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager
4. Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu
5. Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter
6. Set up the Geo-Filter how you like
7. Wait 2 minutes
8. Boot up application/game/client
