Duma OS is stuck on Duma OS is loading......

hello, 

This is the current issue with Duma OS for me on the Netduma R2. Never had this problem before, also can't access the app on my phone says internal error. I'm using 3.3.280 firmware never had a problem. Tried turning off/on and reset too no joy!

Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, wait 4 minutes (all this with the interface not open) then try to access and see if it loads please
