Could I get access to version 4 as well? I too started having problems recently and would like to test if they go away on the next version.

Seems to be a major issue @Netduma Fraser, a statement from Netduma on the product breaking stealth cloud update would be appreciated.

Why isn't DumaOS v4 public yet for R2?

There are other ways to make users upgrade to DumaOS v4, such as adding a new firmware available modal or a link/button to v4 in the dashboard itself via cloud update, the ux would be much better instead of having to request access via the forum in my opinion.

Honestly it's driving me insane it's off right now as we speak. Factory reset does nothing, plugging out doesn't work and changing the lease time doesn't. It's a DHCP error. Constant disconnects every day for about 8 days. I even bought new cables thinking it was me, now I know it's not. Literally get on for about 5 minutes, off for 15/20 back on, back off. Sick of it really.

Please reboot the router, wait 4 minutes then access and see if it continues please, we did make a change.

If that doesn't help then disable DPI under the Congestion Control menu and that should resolve it.

If it was ready for the public then we would make it available. DumaOS 4 already has the capability to do updates from the interface, making a completely separate DumaOS 3 update to do that would be unneccessary. The point of Early Access is it is available for those who want to try a firmware that isn't ready to be made publicly available and so are willing to put up with more bugs/issues and to provide feedback that will help the team, allowing people to auto update to it would go against that.

I've added you as well.

If this is a DPI issue which it sounds like it could be if disabling prevents the issue for you then this has been fixed with the DumaOS 4 Early Access firmware so if you update to that the issue should stop

Quick update. The issue has not returned since "The solution at the moment is to disable QoS and DPI."

Additionally, I left the dpi and qos disabled with version 3.3.280 and upgraded to the version 4 beta. Since then the issue has not returned. In the past I had tried version 4 but it had its own dns issues. Not sure how those issues are no longer present since the beta version has not changed? Maybe some of the dpi disable settings linger after the update?

So far with QOS disabled as you mentioned, it seems to work as it should. However, this should not be the longterm work around.

when, I factory reset friday and it's still doing it.

It does depend when you did a factory reset (early morning BST would be too early). Thanks for letting us know, I'll pass it onto the team.

I've given you Early Access in the meantime to try the above https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/

Just to double check, are you now using SmartBOOST/Congestion Control with DPI enabled in Settings > Troubleshooting and you're not encountering the issue now?

Does this show the information that you are requesting?

Sorry to extend this but I’m also experiencing similar issues mentioned in this thread, could I get access please?

That should be fixed now if you do a reboot but I've given you access

Sintaxis no detectadaError: Número inesperado

It should definitely be resolved now so yours could be a different issue. What do you mean you can't open ports?

When are you getting this error specifcally, after trying to downgrade/upgrade? Could you provide a video of the process if possible?

I have given you access: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
