net duma doesnt work

hi, i'm sending 2 pictures of fails for 3-4 weeks, my download ping originally 18-21 ms and upload ping is 12-13,9 ms but after new version these are changed and in ping optimizer menu nothing is changing nothing optimizing and there is no optimize now button i returned past version of netduma again but nothing change after these there is another problem georaphic filter does not work anymore, what is going on i dont understand online game times are very very bad anymore

We're aware Ping Optimizer isn't working 100% of the time currently and are looking into it. In the meantime you can adjust Congestion Control manually to achieve the same effects.

How isn't the Geo-Filter working properly exactly?

i made geo filter it is ok now , i can adjust cong. control manually but it doesnt effect to the optimize and if optimizer doesnt work properly for example if it doesnt fix download ping my download ping stays at 20-21,5 ms bands, if it works it is coming to 12-13,5 ms bands

I'm not sure I understand but Ping Optimizer just adjusts the Congestion Control percentages to limit your ping so you can achieve this by manually changing the percentages - you could use a bufferbloat test to see how well this is working and fine tune the percentages for example
