Geo-filter not working for Warzone

Recommended Posts

I am turning on Geo-filter but I am still being connected to games outside of my specified zone.

Additionaly, when it puts me into a game it does not show any of the servers or other icons on the map.

How have you added your device to the Geo-Filter exactly?

What is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R2? E.g R2 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode

What platform are you playing on and how is it connected, via ethernet or WiFi?

@Netduma Fraser

i went to device manager --> selected my computer --> named it --> in geo-filter I added that device.

My modem is a B20T and I have tried connecting it via wifi and ethernet. I'm on my PC.

I reset the device selected in geo-filter and now I am just stuck searching for a game

Do this:

  1. Quit the application/game/client completely
  2. Remove device from the Geo-Filter
  3. Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager
  4. Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu
  5. Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter
  6. Set up the Geo-Filter how you like
  7. Wait 2 minutes
  8. Boot up application/game/client

It should work better then
