nat not available

hi, when I do network tests on the ps5 console and I have enabled the device as in the first photo (gaming device) it gives me nat not available.

if I delete the device it gives me nat 2 open.

i have consolle in dmz and also upnp on.

Enable the Geo-Filter, do the test, check the map fully zoomed out, do you notice anything being blocked? If so add it to the allow list and try the test again, if another appears then allow it, you may need to do it a few times to get all the servers, see if it works then
