Luis Gomes
Hey there Duma Team, I figured I would make this question now since eventually I was going to ask it anyway. So I bought the R3 a couple months after launch and have been loving it but I realized at the time how expensive it is to purchase since you have to pay for DHL Customs, which, compared to the shipping prices with the R2 were even more expensive (I had bought it shortly before not knowing a new router was coming out hehe).. My question is: will there ever will be other shipping options which make the router more accessible for purchase without those fees (I’m located in Portugal) because I will probably eventually want to upgrade in the future! Cheers 🥂 (Btw i’m unsure if this topic should have been posted somewhere else, I remember a specific area for questions related to netduma orders)
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted Monday at 10:38 PM Administrators Share Posted Monday at 10:38 PM You shouldn't have had to pay customs fees originally as you're in the EU so I don't know how that happened. We use a distributor now and it's mainly UPS, we're limited to the options they use/provide/that can give us the best rates. If you have a look on the site you can see how much it would cost now with UPS and see how it compares with what you paid previously Luis Gomes

Taking that into consideration there won’t be any shipping fees, I believe the implementation of Fees is something DHL implemented a couple years ago for items coming from the UK as was stated in their website when I purchased my Netduma. Additionally UPS has a good amount of delivery locations near me so i’m happy you guys did that! Thank you! 😊
