AlfieHigley Posted March 23 Posted March 23 I cant get on the duma os via the ip address or through the app on my iPad which once did work, Ive ordered a ethernet to usb c adapter to try and access the duma on my Mac but is there anything I can do? ive rebooted it etc nut nothing and I reset the r2 back to factory before I tried all of the above as if it was a brand new router. any help would be much appreciated. thanks!
AlfieHigley Posted March 23 Author Posted March 23 this is what I'm getting but the router is showing that it has internet and both bands of wifi
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 23 Administrators Posted March 23 While connected to the router via a wired Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please. For MAC it's ifconfig in terminal I think.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 24 Administrators Posted March 24 Maybe, I couldn't say yet. Connect your PC/Mac via ethernet to the router Open Command Prompt/Terminal on the PC/Mac Type ipconfig if you're on Windows and press enter. Type ifconfig if you're on Mac and press enter Take a screenshot of the results Provide the screenshot in your next reply here
AlfieHigley Posted March 24 Author Posted March 24 hi thanks for replying! ive managed to get my router as it should now thank you but now it isn't letting me log on to the duma os, it did at first but now it isn't, im putting the correct user name and password in but its just nt changing, what does that mean?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 24 Administrators Posted March 24 Did you change the LAN IP address of the router? That appears to be why you couldn't login originally. You'll have to factory reset then use the default credentials and go through the setup wizard again
AlfieHigley Posted March 26 Author Posted March 26 hi sorry for the long reply, no I didn't changed anything go just reset the router and it gave me that lan ip, ive reset it again and it gave me a 192.168.77.1.80 again, so I set it up and set yet another username and password and it keeps doing this. why is that?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 27 Administrators Posted March 27 Use a different browser, does it work then? It is case sensitive
