AlfieHigley Posted March 23 Share Posted March 23 I cant get on the duma os via the ip address or through the app on my iPad which once did work, Ive ordered a ethernet to usb c adapter to try and access the duma on my Mac but is there anything I can do? ive rebooted it etc nut nothing and I reset the r2 back to factory before I tried all of the above as if it was a brand new router. any help would be much appreciated. thanks! Connect your PC/Mac via ethernet to the router Open Command Prompt/Terminal on the PC/Mac Type ipconfig if you're on Windows and press enter. AlfieHigley Posted March 24 Author Share Posted March 24 hi thanks for replying! ive managed to get my router as it should now thank you but now it isn't letting me log on to the duma os, it did at first but now it isn't, im putting the correct user name and password in but its just nt changing, what does that mean? Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 24 Administrators Share Posted March 24 Did you change the LAN IP address of the router? That appears to be why you couldn't login originally.
