Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 22 Administrators Share Posted March 22 If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the XR (found on the System Information page) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. You should get an Open NAT then. If it's still not option you can switch NAT to Open in WAN Settings.
Jozif
I connected it to the cable and then put the IP in the service provider's dmz, but the problem is still And I opened dmz in xr
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 24 Administrators Share Posted March 24 Where are you checking the NAT status, in the console network settings? If so, NAT type 2 is open, it just means you're behind a router
Jozif
I made a restart for the XR modem and I saw this important note!! This IP must not be changed in DMZ. There is a photo attached The IP number in the service provider starts with 192.168 And it was tried to be introduced into the DMZ XR, but it refuses And if the service provider's modem is connected to the ps5 device live, it will be the nat type open, but with a moderate XR
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted Thursday at 03:09 PM Administrators Share Posted Thursday at 03:09 PM You don't put the ISP router address in the XR DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the XR system information page and put that in the DMZ on your ISP router
