Juan Sosa
Hey Netduma R3 support team, I’ve been experiencing an issue recently with my Netduma R3. I play Call of Duty: Warzone on Steam from my PC, and when I try to use geofencing, it’s not placing me within the intended range. However, when I do it off my console, it works fine. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 15 Administrators Share Posted March 15 Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works. Juan Sosa
ok so i did some testing last night I've concluded this earlier versions of the netduma geo fencing through steam because that's the gaming application i used i had no issues geo fencing ever for some reason this version chooses when it wants to work and when it doesn't do you recommended a version that was best before this current one ? Juan Sosa
v4.0.290 this version seems to have the most stable geo filter as of right now
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 16 Administrators Share Posted March 16 It will definitely work with the changes I mentioned above, it doesn't matter the version, they will all use the same version of the cloud which is the cause of the issue
