Hey Netduma R3 support team,

I’ve been experiencing an issue recently with my Netduma R3. I play Call of Duty: Warzone on Steam from my PC, and when I try to use geofencing, it’s not placing me within the intended range. However, when I do it off my console, it works fine. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Try this:

  1. Quit the application/game/client completely
  2. Remove device from the Geo-Filter
  3. Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager
  4. Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu
  5. Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter
  6. Set up the Geo-Filter how you like
  7. Wait 2 minutes
  8. Boot up application/game/client

Then see if it works.

Please provide a screenshot of the full Geo-Filter page showing what you're seeing when playing after doing the above

It will definitely work with the changes I mentioned above, it doesn't matter the version, they will all use the same version of the cloud which is the cause of the issue
