All lights for connected equipment will be on for approximately 10 seconds and then then they all go out/dim and the connection drops. I’ve tried restarting both of my routers and nothing seems to work. The only way I am able to get online is by hooking up to the first router which bypasses the R2. Is their anything I can do?

Are you able to access the interface when it disconnects? If so, could you grab the logs from the System Information page when it happens please?

I’m not able to access the os interface. I was also looking at purchasing at R3 but it doesn’t allow me to complete purchase.

What do you see when you try to access? When it happens while connected to the router via a wired Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please.

Does it show an error when trying to purchase?
