Kirsty
Hi I’m currently paying for 900mb but wired I’m getting around 500mb on a speed test and not wired I’m only getting 100 or less. Does anyone know what this could be?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 13 Administrators Share Posted March 13 What is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R2? E.g R2 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R2? Have you entered your expected speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? What firmware version are you on? What speed test are you using?
Kirsty
It’s in an open reach box all devices are connected to the R2. The app version software is v4.0.192 and the dumaOS version is 3.3.280 , congestion control is disabled and the speed test we are using is Speedtest.net and the inbuilt one on app
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 13 Administrators Share Posted March 13 Don't use the inbuilt test, just speedtest.net. Can you provide a screenshot of the overall QoS page please?
