GabrielO Posted March 13 Posted March 13 Hello, I just finished setting up my r3 but I am unable to get an internet connection going when I connect to my r3 via wifi Let me know what additional information I can provide for better assistant. Thank you for any help!
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 13 Administrators Posted March 13 Just to double check, you managed to complete the Setup Wizard? Did it say it detected internet during it? You said via WiFi does that mean you do have internet via ethernet? Do you know if you require PPPoE/VLAN for a connection?
GabrielO Posted March 13 Author Posted March 13 I completed the Setup Wizard but it did not detect the internet. I am able to connect to the r3 but cannot access the internet. Yes, i have internet access to the Ethernet. Unfortunately i do not know if i require VLAN. Is there some screenshot that i can share with you to better help?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 13 Administrators Posted March 13 What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to? Reboot your main modem, wait 2 minutes then reboot the R3 from the interface, wait 4 minutes then check again Nothing for the moment
