TonyX360
Hello, Yesterday, the Netduma R3 arrived. I configured my ISP router in bridge mode and managed to connect the R3 to the internet via PPPoE. Unfortunately, I am experiencing the following issues: I am unable to access the VPN (Checkpoint Mobile Client) from my work PC. During the two-factor authentication process, a page with a 400 error appears. I thought it might be a port forwarding issue, so I tried putting the PC’s IP in the DMZ, but the problem persists. If I use my smartphone as a hotspot, connect to the VPN from my PC, and then switch back to R3 after authentication, the tunnel works correctly. So, I assume it's an authentication process issue. When playing eFootball on my PS5 (with the geo-filter properly configured to play mainly on German servers), at the end of each match, when the game should return to the home screen, a loading screen appears, and then I receive a connection-related loss.I noticed that the same issue occurs, for example, when I enter my team’s section and then try to return to the main screen. edit: I tried disabling the geo filter and tried entering other games, but the problem persists. Could you please help me? Thank you very much.
Featured Comment TonyX360 Posted March 12 Author Featured Comment Share Posted March 12 I solved both problems by changing the mode from bridge to DHCP cascade, you can close it, thanks. Fuzy and Netduma Fraser
