Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 9 Administrators Share Posted March 9 Copy the WAN IP from the R3 WAN Settings page and enter it into the DMZ on the Smart hub. Then on the smart hub find the static/reserved IP section (likely in LAN or DHCP settings) and set the same IP you copied as static/reserved. Muzzman
Hi Fraser, Thanks for the reply, having difficulty locating that in the hub, cannot see any option in the EE hub. Any pointers where to look
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 9 Administrators Share Posted March 9 DMZ could be in internet. Reserved/Static IP may be in the address table tab on your last screenshot. Otherwise consult the hub manual and it should direct you
Muzzman
Upto now I’ve put the Netduma r3 wan ip into the EE smart hub and added these ports to the ee hub and Netduma I’m not even sure if that is correct,it was so easy to set up with Bt smart hub but this is a different animal and I’m not so good with computers

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 9 Administrators Share Posted March 9 What does the configuration tab show for Firewall? Were you able to set the reserved IP then? No worries, if I'm responding then I'm working so you don't need to save troubleshooting for a specific time
