E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode What firmware version are you on? Is it all devices or specific? Ethernet or WiFi? Any patterns as to when it happens? Does it reconnect itself or do you need to reboot? How long do you wait before rebooting if that is required? Could you provide the logs when it happens please? Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 28 Administrators Share Posted February 28 Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, then wait 4 minutes then hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 4 minutes before accessing the interface. While connected to the router via a wired Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 9 Administrators Share Posted March 9 You're on the setup wizard still, you won't be able to access it properly/get internet until you complete it. If you're not getting internet which is why you've gone into the Advanced WAN settings just skip it, complete the rest of the wizard then change whatever you need to to get internet on the main interface Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
