I just wanted to see whether it improved or got worse prior to the latest update that did make specific changes to WiFi. For whatever reason it seems to be the max you can achieve with your setup/environment. Are you able to take the router somewhere else that has high speeds to see if you can get better speeds in a different environment?

You mean like a different home? No I can't, sorry.

Yeah ideally. No worries, in terms of settings/what you've mentioned so far everything is as I would expect to give you the highest speeds so there isn't really much else I can suggest at the moment but I will have a think

If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 (found in Settings > WAN) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. Disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN on the R3 and enable remote support in Settings > Troubleshooting. Then post back here from a device connected to the R3 when you've done that and we'll attempt to connect.

I cant get into the interface anymore even after a factory reset. Check my DM for more info. I'll continue using this thread from here on out.

Thanks, I'm waiting to hear back on the logs, are you able to access via the phone app and enable remote support that way?

The team have asked:

  1. How many devices do you have connected?
  2. Are you using HVPN? If so, is it configured for a single device?

3 computers and 3 phones I believe and I think there might be a smart lightbulb and maybe a streaming box too.

Not even sure what HVPN is so I don't think so?
