I just got my netduma r3 and set it up with 4.0.540 duma os instantly, but i have problems with geo filtering, it doesn’t have the ristricted mode and ping assist and it connects me to a high ping server even when it’s not inside my zone and when I deny(block) this servers it still tries to connect me to the same server again but because I blocked this server it cancels the matchmaking and i this happening in loop the same thing, what should i do, there is a other lower ping servers in the map, and gives me a higher ping than my isp router

The features like ping assist are in the :r3menu menu top right of the Geo-Filter page. From there:

  • Disable GeoLatency
  • Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0)
  • Enable Strict Mode
  • Disable Fast Search
  • Use Simple instead of Custom radius

Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then. This will ensure games stay within your radius.

Also unblock the server you denied - when you deny a server you should wait at least 2 minutes in the lobby or reboot the gaming device so the connection is severed, otherwise you can connect to it again.

Strick mode is on, ping assist is zero and fast search is off too already , it happens again

Did you disable Geo-Latency?

If i disable geo there no point of having duma router, the problem is it tries to connect me to one server that have a high ping and even not in my zone circle

One more thing even when i disable geo it still gives me a game that have higher ping than my isp router, i connected my isp router again it gives me lower ping than my netduma even when geo is off

You're not disabling the Geo-Filter, you're just disabling a specific setting for how it filters. By disabling Geo-Latency it will allow you to filter and just get games inside your radius.

I can't really answer that without knowing if you're connecting to the same servers in both scenarios, what your setup is like via the ISP router etc
