Gallgher x 11 Posted February 19 Posted February 19 Hi, For some reason, I'm just unable to play solo games of zombies. I keep getting the "failed to join lobby" error message over and over. Yet, I can actually load into online matches which is really weird. I know the issue is with my R1 router because I've tried plugging my wire directly in the modem and I'm also able to play on mobile data. Any idea why this is happening? BTW, I always use a wired connection and my internet is perfectly fine
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 20 Administrators Posted February 20 Disable the Geo-Filter, are you able to connect then?
Gallgher x 11 Posted February 21 Author Posted February 21 by that, do you mean checking off these boxes Peer Ping, Auto Ping Host, Kilometres, Strict Mode etc.? Because I've just done that and it's not working
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 21 Administrators Posted February 21 No actually disabling the filtering option/remove the device from the Geo-Filter

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 21 Administrators Posted February 21 Should be at the top of the page where your device is, delete the device or switch to spectating mode

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 23 Administrators Posted February 23 Are you actually playing on the Wii? You're on a very old firmware that isn't really supported, best to upgrade to this version: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/35821-new-r1-firmware-30207/ which is more current

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 23 Administrators Posted February 23 I'd highly recommend upgrading and then you won't need to worry about that

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 24 Administrators Posted February 24 Factory reset now, it's a big change from the previous version, then setup and see if you get the same issue

Also, I don't think I've mentioned it, but this issue only started happening after an update of the game
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 7 Administrators Posted March 7 Right click the page, then go to Inspect (Element), on the window that appears click on the Network tab. Then click the checkbox to disable cache. Then click and hold the browser refresh button, and click Empty Cache and Hard Reload (just click the button normally if this doesn't appear). Then see if it loads correctly please.

Also tried the default login "admin" and "password".
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 7 Administrators Posted March 7 Yes that's correct, in that case hold the reset button in the back of the router for 30 seconds, release, wait 4 minutes then access and go through the wizard

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 7 Administrators Posted March 7 It is case/space sensitive so make sure there aren't any spaces/its all lowercase. Download the DumaOS app on your phone, are you able to login that way?
