Hi,

For some reason, I'm just unable to play solo games of zombies. I keep getting the "failed to join lobby" error message over and over. Yet, I can actually load into online matches which is really weird. I know the issue is with my R1 router because I've tried plugging my wire directly in the modem and I'm also able to play on mobile data. Any idea why this is happening? BTW, I always use a wired connection and my internet is perfectly fine

by that, do you mean checking off these boxes Peer Ping, Auto Ping Host, Kilometres, Strict Mode etc.? Because I've just done that and it's not working

Should be at the top of the page where your device is, delete the device or switch to spectating mode

I've disabled it and it's still not working

I just did that. I still can't play. Also idk why this menu is like that

Factory reset now, it's a big change from the previous version, then setup and see if you get the same issue

So, I tried doing that and I'm still getting the same issue. Also, I don't think I've mentioned it, but this issue only started happening after an update of the game

Right click the page, then go to Inspect (Element), on the window that appears click on the Network tab. Then click the checkbox to disable cache. Then click and hold the browser refresh button, and click Empty Cache and Hard Reload (just click the button normally if this doesn't appear). Then see if it loads correctly please.

You mean on the web interface? I'm trying to connect with my old username and password but it's not working. Also tried the default login "admin" and "password".

Yes that's correct, in that case hold the reset button in the back of the router for 30 seconds, release, wait 4 minutes then access and go through the wizard

I did the factory reset but I never got a wizard to pop up.

It doesnt for some reason. I tried the username and password I had set up before and that aint working either

It is case/space sensitive so make sure there aren't any spaces/its all lowercase. Download the DumaOS app on your phone, are you able to login that way?
