Guest wifi ssid not being shown for device or overral usage

Device connecting to the guest ssid on smart modem gen3, do not show up at all in network monitor, nor does the total usage traffic count for upload/download

eg if the guest device is using all the B/W , network monitor is showing everything idle from the other device.

in device manager, the MAC of the guest device is shown as offline, as well as a Wired device , be it online or offline

tried toggling Show Modem Traffic, no change.

would expect at least the Total Usage would show the traffic rate in/out of the WAN/internet interface ?
