Im going to try my best to explain this, few days ago I disconnected my whole pc to clean it, after that I did a clean windows install, after that the problem beings, sometimes when I open a tab in any browser (youtube, twitter, instagram, or anything) my internet stop working, but the WHOLE internet not only on my pc, i did 5 windows install this week, I updated the bios and the problem is still happening, BUT if i dont use the browser everything works perfectly, I can play games the 8 hours and nothing happens, but when, im not playing anything and i need to work on any browser the problem start, I did a hard reset on the router, i reset the modem, I tried different dns, static ip, no static ip, i tried w10 and w11, windows customs, no customs, i have no idea what it could be, you can see in the video, that my internet is working perfectly, and after 5-6 times re opening youtube the wifi stopped working, and when this happens the wifi does not work on my phone, on my laptop, on my desktop, its like a freeze

If you use a different PC and use the browser on that do you get the same issue?

Can you grab the logs when the issue happens please?

I used another pc but with wifi, and it did not happened, and how do I grab the logs?

Then it's more than likely a PC specific issue that is somehow causing an issue for the rest of the network. You can find them on the System Information page

but I did a windows clean install, I updated the bios, I used differents dns, i tried static ip, i tried w10, w11 23h2 and 24h2 and still the same so it has to be router problem, im using ethernet cable on my desktop

You didn't have the issue before you made changes on the PC, only after, the issue only occurs when doing it on that PC, not any other PC or device and with no router settings changes during that time either (presumably) so that sounds like the PC not the router. Grab the logs when the issue happens and I can take a look

Sure I will grab the logs, but how can I do that, but its so weird because I can play video games, I download things in steam and nothing bad happens, the problem beings when I open a tab in any browser

Access the router, go to the System Information page, scroll down and you'll see the logs. Click the :menu icon top left of the log panel, download then upload here. It certainly is a weird one!

There isn't any information to go off in those logs unfortunately. If you switch back does it happen again?

Posted

it does not go off, it just freezes the whole net and, I used the xr1000 yesterday and still happening, and today I used my ISP router and everything is working perfectly

I meant there isn't anything in the logs that indicates an issue. Have you changed anything else in your physical setup or settings wise on your modem etc prior to it not working?

Posted

no i didn’t change any in my physical setup, just the router to my ISP router, and its working perfectly fine, I tried de xr1000 yesterday and the problem still happening
