jkp
Im going to try my best to explain this, few days ago I disconnected my whole pc to clean it, after that I did a clean windows install, after that the problem beings, sometimes when I open a tab in any browser (youtube, twitter, instagram, or anything) my internet stop working, but the WHOLE internet not only on my pc, i did 5 windows install this week, I updated the bios and the problem is still happening, BUT if i dont use the browser everything works perfectly, I can play games the 8 hours and nothing happens, but when, im not playing anything and i need to work on any browser the problem start, I did a hard reset on the router, i reset the modem, I tried different dns, static ip, no static ip, i tried w10 and w11, windows customs, no customs, i have no idea what it could be, you can see in the video, that my internet is working perfectly, and after 5-6 times re opening youtube the wifi stopped working, and when this happens the wifi does not work on my phone, on my laptop, on my desktop, its like a freeze IMG_4342.mov

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted Monday at 09:48 PM Administrators Share Posted Monday at 09:48 PM If you use a different PC and use the browser on that do you get the same issue? Can you grab the logs when the issue happens please?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted Monday at 10:46 PM Administrators Share Posted Monday at 10:46 PM Then it's more than likely a PC specific issue that is somehow causing an issue for the rest of the network. You can find them on the System Information page

Grab the logs when the issue happens and I can take a look
jkp
Sure I will grab the logs, but how can I do that, but its so weird because I can play video games, I download things in steam and nothing bad happens, the problem beings when I open a tab in any browser
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted Tuesday at 03:15 PM Administrators Share Posted Tuesday at 03:15 PM Access the router, go to the System Information page, scroll down and you'll see the logs. Click the icon top left of the log panel, download then upload here. It certainly is a weird one!

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted 12 hours ago Administrators Share Posted 12 hours ago I meant there isn't anything in the logs that indicates an issue. Have you changed anything else in your physical setup or settings wise on your modem etc prior to it not working?
