I have also upgraded firmware to latest, same result, reseted and same result.

It was behaving like this on all firmwares.

Disabled all the features same result.

I don't know what's wrong with the router to be honest.

Checked the logs and there were few DOS but that's normal, u see that in every router exposed to the internet

Can i get a refund or something?

Thanks,

George

Are you encountering any issues with these values? Looks to me like if you're not and they're constantly reading like that that it is a visual error, potentially due to the accessibility table format. It may show better without that option enabled.

We don't sell that router, you'd have to consult whoever you bought it from.

I have loss in frames, packet loss, the wifi is lost from time to time, so for sure not a visual thing. If i plug in the old router I have 0 issues, and this router xr1000v2 has 2 months so is brand new.

I do not use smart connect.

Will there ever be a good software for this router?

Should i try to send it back?

It doesn't necessarily mean that is the cause of your issues, switch the table view off and see what they look like.

  • What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  • Are ALL devices connected to the XR?
  • What are the speeds you pay for/receive?
  • Have you entered those speeds into the router?
  • How have you setup Congestion Control?
  • How have you setup Traffic Prioritization?
  • What game are you playing?
  • What platform are you playing on and how is it connected, via ethernet or WiFi?
  • How have you setup the Geo-Filter?
  • Where are you measuring the packet loss?

It's way too early for me to come to that determination yet.
