Hi guys, 

I’d just like to suggest that, for people like me with low ADSL speeds, could you please consider adding fo us an option to de-prioritize downloads—something in addition to the existing feature that prioritizes certain apps and devices. A simple on/off toggle would be really helpful. Thank you! (i'm suffering in silence)

You can kind of do this, go to SmartBOOST > Menu > Settings, switch to Advanced. Click Add, search for Downloads, select the ones that apply. Once done click the pencil icon for them and give them the value of 1 so they're treated the lowest. Then you can add anything else and give them a higher number to prioritize them.

Whenever I post a request, I always receive helpful answers and solutions that allow me to explore and enjoy this router even more. It worked perfectly! However, don’t you think such important features should be more accessible rather than hidden in menus? In my opinion, this is what sets your router at a top-tier level (a 1000 value) compared to others (which feel like a 200). Maybe consider making it easier to find—this would benefit many users like me!

Glad to hear that helped you. There are lots of options on the router, making them all really visible would be quite chaotic and wouldn't be very user friendly or appealing to use. It is an advanced option though which is why that specifically is hidden behind a toggle.
