Geo-Filter Not Working

Things i Tried

-deleting all cache and hard reset

-disabled add blocker

-lowered my version to .68

-updated to version .74

-tried routerlogin URL and default

How did you perform the hard reset exactly? If you click ok does it go away so you can use the feature or does it pop up again immediately?

I followed another forum of a similar issue. Cleared browser cache and double tap refresh icon “hard reset”.

when I press “ok” it goes away, but when I click “add device” after, it just flickers like I am clicking it and nothing happens.

i been having this issue for 2 years. I used my phone to try “add device” similar issue. Tried my labtop same thing. Tried different browsers nothing.

Use the DumaOS App on mobile and go to the Geo-Filter, check if there is a device added already and if so delete it. Otherwise a factory reset should almost certainly clear it.

I would've never figured that out. I did have a device added. i deleted it now it works fine.
