lefteris.lydios
Hi I can't access DumaOS . Internet passes through OK but I can't access the GUI. On PC I get the OS logo with the spinning wheel and on iOS app I get "Unknown Error Occurred!" IPv6 protocol is off in my Network Settings and holding down factory reset button for 30+ sec will do nothing . I've rebooted PC and R3 several times, Cleared Cache, Network Reset etc... Last thing I remember doing was a factory reset from the web page.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 8 Administrators Share Posted February 8 What firmware version are you on currently? Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, then wait 4 minutes, hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 4 minutes before accessing the interface
lefteris.lydios
thanks for your reply @Netduma Fraser Didn't work 🙁 Shouldn’t it reboot itself after holding or releasing the reset button for 30 seconds???? It doesn’t . What version I’m on I can’t remember , sorry. It’s been a while since I used R3 Is it possible to connect with putty or other SSH and force factory reset? Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 8 Administrators Share Posted February 8 It should, how are you determining it isn't resetting, the lights aren't cycling? No that's not possible. While connected to the router via a wired Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please. lefteris.lydios
This is so embarrassing . I was pressing the WPS button 😣. I apologise for the inconvenience.
