Can't access DumaOS

Recommended Posts

Hi

I can't access DumaOS . Internet passes through OK but I can't access the GUI.

On PC I get the OS logo with the spinning wheel and on iOS app I get "Unknown Error Occurred!"

IPv6 protocol is off in my Network Settings and holding down factory reset button for 30+ sec will do nothing .

I've rebooted PC and R3 several times, Cleared Cache, Network Reset etc...

Last thing I remember doing was a factory reset from the web page.

What firmware version are you on currently?

Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, then wait 4  minutes, hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 4 minutes before accessing the interface

thanks for your reply @Netduma Fraser

Didn't work 🙁

Shouldn’t it reboot itself after holding or releasing the reset button for 30 seconds???? It doesn’t .

What version I’m on I can’t remember , sorry. It’s been a while since I used R3

Is it possible to connect with putty or other SSH and force factory reset?

It should, how are you determining it isn't resetting, the lights aren't cycling?

No that's not possible. While connected to the router via a wired Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please.
