hi. ı have 1000mps connection. my orginal modem is giving about 800-900 mps , but when ı test my R3 connection speed is max 350-400 mps.(wıth lan and wıfı test ıs same)

Are you testing using the test on the router itself? If so what do you get via speedtest.net?

What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
