Help with Traffic Prioritization not loading

I updated my xr500 to V2.3.2.134.  Factory reset after the update and now Traffic Prioritization in QOS just stays with the spinning loading icon.  Please help.

Right click the page, then go to Inspect (Element), on the window that appears click on the Network tab. Then click the checkbox to disable cache. Then click and hold the browser refresh button, and click Empty Cache and Hard Reload. Then see if it loads correctly please.

I was able to fix this.  You have to download the DumaOS app and delete any rules you had there before.  Then log in on the browser to re-add them.

Great to hear you got it sorted, thanks for the update/solution, sounds like the factory reset didn't go through properly

I factory reset it twice, but it still held the old settings.

How did you initiate the reset?

Settings/Administration/Backup Settings/Revert to factory default settings.  Then clicked Erase.

If you need to do a reset again next time try hold the reset button in the back of the for 30 seconds, then wait 4 minutes before accessing the interface and see if it clears everything properly that time
