Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 6 Administrators Share Posted February 6 Right click the page, then go to Inspect (Element), on the window that appears click on the Network tab. Then click the checkbox to disable cache. Then click and hold the browser refresh button, and click Empty Cache and Hard Reload. Then see if it loads correctly please. TRVS
I was able to fix this. You have to download the DumaOS app and delete any rules you had there before. Then log in on the browser to re-add them.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 6 Administrators Share Posted February 6 If you need to do a reset again next time try hold the reset button in the back of the for 30 seconds, then wait 4 minutes before accessing the interface and see if it clears everything properly that time
