I can't access DumaOS. Every time I try I am getting an error. I am on newest firmware (540). Reboot and factory reset doesn't help.

Are you able to access via a PC instead of the app/mobile web browser? Did you factory reset after installing initially? How have you done a factory reset exactly?

I am not able to access via PC or mobile. I did factory reset after upgrading to newest firmware. I did factory reset from the recovery options and manually with reset button.

Delete the downloaded firmware from your PC, re-download it from the topic and then from the recovery options, re-upgrade to the same firmware version, close the tab, wait 4 minutes then access again, does it work then?

In settings grab the logs from the troubleshooting > advanced page please and attach it here. Also disable BI in troubleshooting settings, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes then access and see if it loads better please

Use the recovery to downgrade back to the previous version please, are you able to get it stable then?

I was getting this error on previous version as well. When I reboot R3 it let me access interface once or a few times and then it is back to giving error every time. It has been like that for a couple of firmwares now and I have no idea how to fix it.

Okay so make sure you're on the previous version then allow the router to upgrade you instead and see if you get the same issue please

If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 (found in Settings > WAN) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. Disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN on the R3 and enable remote support in Settings > Troubleshooting. Then post back here from a device connected to the R3 when you've done that and I'll try to get a dev to have a look tomorrow.

If you're able to make it load to enable remote support or in the recovery options that is. It doesn't look like you have IPv6 either if you're posting from a device connected to the router so you can ignore that. Also the WAN IP is also the same IP you would see the ISP modem/router give it on its interface.

I did factory reset once again and disabled WAN/LAN IPv6 and it is loading correctly for now. I enabled remote support if a dev want to take a look.

If it's working for now there won't be anything for them to look at but glad to hear it's working, let us know if it happens again
