Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 4, 2025 Administrators Posted February 4, 2025 What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode What firmware version are you on currently?
Luis Ramos Posted February 4, 2025 Author Posted February 4, 2025 I have Verizon FiOS. Its a Model G3100 I'm running on the latest firmware 4.0.290
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 4, 2025 Administrators Posted February 4, 2025 Set up the G3100 so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 (found in Settings > WAN) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. Also try the latest firmware: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/58012-new-r3-firmware-dumaos-40540/
Luis Ramos Posted February 4, 2025 Author Posted February 4, 2025 Ok, thanks I will upload the new firmware, maybe that will help. Netduma Fraser 1
