Dear Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with my NetDuma XR1000 router. After moving to a new location, I am unable to access the dashboard to configure the settings.

My current setup is as follows:

  • Main router: Speedport Smart 4, connected to the NetDuma via LAN cable.
  • My PC is also connected to the Speedport via LAN cable.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
