Thank you for this, all it's indicating is that the link between it and the modem is down, when it happens again could you also get the log from the modem as well please?

no is not brother is not i just plugged my old router that i was using and evrything is fine no disconnections

so the fault is of the R3 that is not working good thats it the electrician controlled the cable too this week and evrything was good so can u replace my router or i will have to refund with the bank?

I'm not saying your modem is going down, I'm saying all the logs show is that it's losing the link (the connection) to the modem, if you could provide the logs from the modem when it happens this will likely provide more information about what is happening. As I've mentioned to you via email, a customer cannot determine when they need a replacement, if we determine the issue is unfixable then we will replace it so we are working with you and a replacement is still possible. An electrician isn't relevant in this scenario.

It is because the cable is ok main modem is ok i plugged in an other router instad of netduma r3 and its working without and issue from 3 days so i will wait max a week if you dont wanna replace me the modem is ok i will proceed with my bank thanks

plus from tim modem i cant extract logs and i asked support and is not losing power since 2 years

The bank will see that we're working with you to come to a solution, you're trying to threaten when we're actually trying to help you and have said a replacement is available if there isn't a solution. It's also too long for a refund.
