Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted Sunday at 05:25 PM Administrators Share Posted Sunday at 05:25 PM Thank you for this, all it's indicating is that the link between it and the modem is down, when it happens again could you also get the log from the modem as well please? Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted Sunday at 06:28 PM Administrators Share Posted Sunday at 06:28 PM I'm not saying your modem is going down, I'm saying all the logs show is that it's losing the link (the connection) to the modem, if you could provide the logs from the modem when it happens this will likely provide more information about what is happening. As I've mentioned to you via email, a customer cannot determine when they need a replacement, if we determine the issue is unfixable then we will replace it so we are working with you and a replacement is still possible. An electrician isn't relevant in this scenario.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted Sunday at 07:26 PM Administrators Share Posted Sunday at 07:26 PM The bank will see that we're working with you to come to a solution, you're trying to threaten when we're actually trying to help you and have said a replacement is available if there isn't a solution. It's also too long for a refund. What is the tim model from this page? https://www.tim.it/assistenza/assistenza-tecnica/guide-manuali/download
