Luca Posted January 18 Posted January 18 Hello this modem is great for get you bans on games its the third time it disconnect while i play now i cant play on my r6 account for a week plus it disconnect every 1 hours this thing was not fixed or what? 300€ modem for what?

What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? What firmware version are you on? What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST? What platform are you playing on and how is it connected, via ethernet or WiFi? How have you setup the Geo-Filter? Are all devices disconnecting or just the game device? Is the game device losing internet or just kicked from the game?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 3 Administrators Posted April 3 Okay that's good thank you. Set the IP of the R3 as static/reserved on the ISP modem/router, then reboot the modem, wait 2 minutes, reboot the R3, wait 4 minutes then see if it happens again please
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 5 Administrators Posted April 5 You need to do it on the ISP modem/router, not on the R3, you should be able to pick the R3 from the device list and reserve its IP
