efe
Hello, I'm using R3 and trying to find the game server IP of FC25 on PS5 console but it only shows server ID. I also used XR1000 before and I was able to see the IP address of the game server which I'm connected. How can I see it? I need to find the IP addresses because my ISP wants a traceroute result to stabilize my connection since I'm having packet loss. Thanks
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 17 Administrators Share Posted January 17 We don't provide the IDs to the servers specifically, where are you measuring the packet loss exactly?

In the game FC 25 packet loss symbol appears and my game freeze like 10-15 seconds then it fast forwards to the actual live game. Also, EA has a connection quality monitor, it shows the connection stats there I'm adding the screenshot. When I tell this to my ISP they say they need the traceroute to solve it. Additionally, before the packet loss was like %0.03 but after I change to static IP from my ISP, it got worse.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 17 Administrators Share Posted January 17 0.03 is fine, have you got them to disable the Static IP to see if it goes back to normal again?

Haven’t tried to disable static IP yet. Today I didn’t have the freeze but still I want to be able to check the IPs of the game servers which I am connected. I was able to do it with XR1000 and previous version of DumaOS.

If you go to SmartBOOST > Menu > Stats for Nerds and click on the connections button for the gaming device when you're in a game you may see the IP there
