R2 connecting to warzone server troubles

Hello there,

As the title states I am having trouble connecting to my desired WZ server closest to my house. For some background, I live in the NorthEast (US) and the closest server shown on ping heatmap is NY, and I play on PC. When I initially boot up the game, it won’t always allow me to load in with geofilter enabled (I have my device set up as gaming console), and when it occasionally does, I get maybe one game before it stops connecting to the server although it continuously shows up on ping heatmap. I have ping assist disabled, filter radius more than 315m, add and re-add device to filter, and nothing changes. It gets especially challenging when attempting to play with friends, both geographically close to me and not. I have the latest firmware downloaded and have since factory reset it afterwards. I also have QOS enabled and bandwidth allocation for my device sitting around 80-90%. Any help would be huge! Cheers!

Zoom out fully on the map then boot up the game, if it stops you loading in, look for a blocked icon, if you see it then click on it and add it to your allow list - you may need to do this a few times so it works every time. If that does work please provide the IDs and we can add them to the cloud.

Do the same for your friends when you invite them to a lobby, it will allow you to connect to them regardless of your settings.
