AT918
I have updated my R2 router to the latest firmware and now get an error message when trying to access DumaOS. Does anyone have any idea how I can go about fixing this?
AT918
I want to add that I’m still getting Internet on my computer, as well as wifi, but the error [DumaOS is not running!] will not resolve. I’ve tried hard resetting, multiple browsers, incognito browsers, clearing cache, and unplugging and waiting. it worked perfectly fine prior to firmware update. update used was DumaOS-R2-3.3.280.sig
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted Thursday at 03:14 PM Administrators Share Posted Thursday at 03:14 PM Are you able to access using the DumaOS mobile app at all? If so, I've given you Early Access, download the firmware from there and then upload via the app and see if you can access normally after that. https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/

AT918 Posted yesterday at 03:05 AM Author Share Posted yesterday at 03:05 AM I have tried using the app and it will not let me through when connected to the wifi. I have tried resetting the router as well as resetting the app, but the error persists
AT918
After finally getting through, I’m getting an internal server error now…I’ve tried the admin use/pass and network name/pass and it’s the same issue. Screen shot attached of error
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted 11 hours ago Administrators Share Posted 11 hours ago I think you'll have to factory reset and then try upgrading to the DumaOS 4 update instead and see if it is more stable
