Been having severe QoS and functionality issues with my XR1000v2

Been having severe QoS and functionality issues with my XR1000v2.

Can't do ping heatmap - buttons do nothing when i click.

Can't do connection benchmark - run test button doesn't do anything.

Tried rebooting, reinstalling firmware, resetting to factory. Nothing works. 

currently running XR1000V2 1.1.0.16_2.1.25. However, when I log into routerlogin.net on my phone I have access to the new netduma interface and even there these functionalities don't work and the new smart boost and ping reduction doesn't work.

Router worked fine until it updated to XR1000V2 1.1.0.16_2.1.25 several months ago, tried reverting to an older firmware version but still doesn't work. I've cleared cache and cookies, opened routerlogin.net on other devices and still these functions don't work. Has anyone had any similar issues? and how do I fix it? 

Feel like I've been scammed and should've just gone for the r3.

Are you accessing the interface via HTTPS? Are you using Armor? Can you provide a video of what you're seeing when you try to run those functions please?

SmartBOOST isn't a XR1000 feature, use the mobile DumaOS app and you'll see what can be used
