Internet Is working, i Just have problems with the app. I have to reboot the modem for the app to work. My phone Is Samsung S24 Ultra. Modem R3 Please help.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 9 Administrators Posted January 9 Are you able to access the interface on a PC when that happens?
Zanluz Posted January 9 Author Posted January 9 You want me to access to the netduma with a PC when I get this error? I Will try and let you know. Should I check anything else if I can access It?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 9 Administrators Posted January 9 Yes please, no that's all for now, it will tell me if it's a router specific issue or a specific app issue
Zanluz Posted January 13 Author Posted January 13 Ok It happened again. I could not access from the app and from the PC i got the following message: Pardon our mess We have detected that some features may not haveo Loaded correctly. You might encounter issues whilen Interacting with DumaOS, but you can still try to uset The interface.Do you want to continue to access Dumaos?SAVE LOGS I saved the log and i can send It to you. EVen then i could not access. I reatarted the router and internet now wasnt working nor i could access r3. I had to make a factory reset. Please solve. I saw a similar thread from another user, Josh200505 and Krysis41, maybe you should move the thread to r3 support because It seems that its a router problem
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 13 Administrators Posted January 13 I've given you Early Access, upgrade to that firmware and it should resolve it https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
Zanluz Posted January 13 Author Posted January 13 I can't upgrade the firmware. I got an error msg : Error uploading Firmware: Could not send request to router Then i disconnect and have to restart the router
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 13 Administrators Posted January 13 Restart the router then attempt it again, if that doesn't work then factory reset and try the update again please
Zanluz Posted January 13 Author Posted January 13 Ok, It worked after a factory reset. I Will post here again if the problem Is not solved. Thank you
