Router freezing

Hello guys, 

I just received my Netduma R3 10 days ago, and since the first day there's a strange problem, everyday or less, the modem just break!!
It ignore my configurations and dont let me access the homepage interface, not on pc, not on smartphone app. when i try to login it just show a netduma logo, than a mensage saying theres something wrong. (whitch i´m going to link here the photos)
But i noticed when i take the modem out from energy and put it back, everthing cameback ok! all the confings and my access to the interface's modem.
The current firmware verson on my modem is: V4.0.290

Please, some help?!

Wich firmwere shoud i try? and were can i find it to download?
