R3 router Loosing internet randomly

Hi my router has been getting disconnected lately not sure why. To get it back online I need to reboot every time.  I downloaded the system logs if that is needed.

I was unable to upload firmware for some reason I'm getting an (error uploading file)

Delete the file then re-download it and try again, if it still doesn't work reboot the router first and try again

Im actually having the same issue but seems more progressive. Reset multiple times a day now due to the internet drop and app crashing internally. Is there a recommended firmware? Its less than a year old and ive also tried making sure the spanning tree was enabled.
