Intermittent drops in connection

Hi, I've had the R3 now for a few weeks and ever since I've had it the connections drops randomly for some reason, can never get through a full game of zombies without the connection dropping and getting me killed  it'll drop for about 10-20 seconds and then come back but obviously by that time I'm dead in most games. Is this a common issue or has anyone had any issues with this before and did you manage to find a fix because it's very frustrating after having just purchased this router.

Drops like that with that frequency no, could you provide the logs from the router when that happens please?

How do I provide the logs? I'm not sure how to access the logs information

On the router interface in Settings > Troubleshooting > Advanced

Your public IP seems to be renewing every 10 minutes for some reason which is insanely often. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode

I have BRSK Internet the r3 is connected straight to the modem, I haven't changed any settings on the modem, I ran the r2 perfectly before getting the r3 on the same Internet with no drops in connection so I've left everything as is.

I use a static ip not sure if that has any relevance to the issue at hand

A static public IP or you've set a static IP for your gaming device? Could you contact the ISP and see if they could extend the lease time to see if that helps please?

Sorry a static ip for my gaming device and yes I'll contact them tomorrow and see if they can fix the issue on there end, thanks for the help mate really appreciate it I'll keep you updated 👍🏻
