Estou erro ainda RGB ainda não está funcionando ainda luzes fiz de tudo não saiu ainda uma atualização para corrigir todos problemas está acontecendo em geral

Preciso também jogar FC 25 em outra região não está ativando aqui cara outras região do país ou do mundo somente de lá quero jogar contra pq aprece só apenas São Paulo eu não quero pegar São Paulo tempo todo ..

Are you using the power adapter that we provided? Do you have it connected to a power extender or direct to an outlet? If an extender please try direct to an outlet. Do you have another power adapter you could try with?

I've commented on the Geo-Filter aspect in your previous topic many times so I won't repeat it here, go back and check what I said and try it and provide a screenshot if needed.

Please, I implore you to answer my specific questions, you mention an issue, I provide troubleshooting steps and you don't answer/try them and state an update is needed. If you don't answer the questions/steps I provide then we will continue going in circles with no resolution. If you don't want to troubleshoot and wait for an update that is absolutely fine but don't be surprised if it doesn't fix your issue because unless I can confirm an issue is legitamate I cannot tell the developers to resolve it.

For the RGB:

For the Geo-Filter (I've even copied it over from your other topic for you):

Please let me know if I'm not explaining this in a way you can understand as I've explained it many times

1. You cannot influence what players you play against
2. You can only influence the servers you play on
3. You cannot play other states in Brazil - there is only 1 server in the entirety of Brazil
4. You can force servers in other countries though that is not the purpose of the router
5. You found a mislocated server on the map when you provided the screenshot of the US server - it was actually in Brazil - this is easily fixed. It does not mean wherever you put your radius you will get Brazil. 

To test if you can play on a server in another country, move the location/radius to the East coast of the US and then search for a game.

What is that socket? I'm not familiar with it. Are you using the power plug we provided you?

He can do that because there are multiple servers in the US. You cannot because there is only one server in Brazil.

Sim mais ontem mesmo apareceu Goiânia direto lá mudou mapa mais não está como eu quero selecionar… eu só acho tem dar esta opção vários países não adianta um da outro não isso fica ruim compra produto não seja igual para todos lugares.. agora RGB precisa uma atualização para corrigir erro está dando …

Are you thinking we control the available servers? We don't, we're a router, we have nothing to do with the servers the game uses, that's up to the developers/publishers of the game - the router simply shows you the servers that are available and what you can connect to. If you have an issue with the amount of servers the game has then that is something you'd have to complain to them about.

I can't know if you've done everything or not, you've had the router a month so there are certainly different things that could have been missed or that need to be done etc, I have to exhaust all possibilities. It may well be a bug, I've seen a small handful of people that have had it but it has come back after awhile. Okay so, if you've tried a different outlet with our power cable, please try with a different power cable just to be certain it isn't a power issue.

When you say system error do you actually mean you are getting an error or do you just mean it isn't working? An error is good, it's a message/information about what is happening and I can use that, if that's not happening then just say it's not working still. Could you attempt to enable RGB using the DumaOS mobile app please and see if it works then?
