Luis Gomes
Hey there fellas, I’m not sure if i’m posting this on the right place since i’m more used to posting support for the regular router, not for the app specifically, but ever since the latest update for the Duma Os App was released I have been having issues. The first error consists of not being able to login “An Unknown Error Happened”, which forces me to restart the router and reinstall the app so I can manage to login. The Second problem consists of not being able to change the language on settings (I did change it back once but now the languages show as empty when I click on the submenu). I would also like to clarify that i’m on an IPhone 12 (18.2)/PS5/Portugal. Any recommendations would be appreciated buds! Update: it dawned on me that it would probably be fixed if I changed my phone’s language to english again, but I will keep this thread incase you guys need more information about these issues. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 14 Administrators Share Posted December 14 There is a support section for the app: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/137-dumaos-mobile-app/ I've moved this topic there. When you have that login error do you also have the issue of not being able to login on a PC? I have seen others showing that language issue but I've not been able to reproduce it - the language uses your system settings to know what language to use so maybe that's why I can't reproduce it, I'll pass it onto the team. Thanks for the report!

Thanks for the report! Thank you Fraser! Well from what i’ve seen the whole issue when it starts happening on the IPhone (Unknown Error occured) meaning that it won’t login, it always makes it so no other devices are able to login anywhere unless I reboot the router. Changing the system language might be a fix I will keep using the app to make sure it’s resolved. On the IPad specifically the whole app crashes when logging in so it’s unusable (Latest Version of iOS)
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 14 Administrators Share Posted December 14 Are you able to grab the logs from http://192.168.77.1/cgi-bin/logs.txt when you can't access?

Luis Gomes
i’m unsure how to extract the logs, can I just paste this link here like this?http://192.168.77.1/cgi-bin/logs.txt I added an attachment also, I never shared logs via link before, only through the app, so i’m unsure if this is how it’s done. I have been using the R3 for months with no issues but since updating the app I realized that my GeoFilter sometimes goes beyond the scope of my settings and connects me to lobbies it shouldn’t so I just made a reboot before extracting those logs to see if it would be fixed and that app error happened again afterward. logs.txt.webarchive
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 14 Administrators Share Posted December 14 No, it's just the same link, it's local, it would just take me to my logs. I can't use that file, just right click the page, click save as and then save it as a txt file
