R3 running dumaos version 4.0.92

Over the last few weeks my R3 has been completely disconnecting from the internet and will work again after manually resetting.  This happens about once or twice a day.  This is a new issue that I did not have previously, is there a new OS version or should i revert to an older one or how can i fix this?
