The last image is fine, you just need to access using 10.0.0.1

Where are you seeing the error, on what page? Does it happen when you load the page or when clicking a setting etc?

What firmware version are you on? Did this only start happening recently? Could you resync the cloud and then provide the logs please from the System Information page? If you click okay on the error can you then use the Geo-Filter as normal or does it re-appear?

How did you reset the router exactly? Is this a new or second hand router? Does the error happen only after you add a device to the Geo-Filter or can you make it happen before that just by re-syncing the cloud?

How long did you hold it for? Did it show you the Setup Wizard after you did it?

Judging by the bottom message you don't have the router connected correctly which is probably causing those issues - do you have the WAN/internet port on the XR connected to one of the LAN ports on your ISP modem/router? Could you provide a picture of the physical setup please?

So finally load up the router login. Still not working. I got these two messages

Picture 1: I sync to cloud and received that message

pic 2: I try to set home manually at a different state and that came out.

Could you try with http://192.168.1.1 or http://routerlogin.net please and see if it makes any difference. Also make sure the browser isn't forcing you to connect via HTTPS. Does your web browser have an Adblocker enabled? If so disable it and check. Does the System Information page show you have internet/a WAN IP?

What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode

Do you have Armor enabled?

Model “BGW210-700”. I did not set anything on my internet providers modem/router. I simply plugged the XR Ethernet cable to my internet providers. Nothing has been changed. Armor is not enabled

So I think we got some progress. now it’s able to sync to the cloud and I can finally click on ping heatmap.

but nothing shows in ping heatmap when I chose bo6 or warzone.

also for geo-filter: I can now resync to cloud and when I add device and pick call of duty (pc) it says “error unable to install because some filters are overlapping”

So I exit out of google chrome and log back into the router and the ping heatmap was working. I saw servers. I went to geo-filter and added my pc with call of duty and did not work. I clicked on ping heatmap again,  and now it shows no servers anymore

You've already added your device to the Geo-Filter, that's why when you try to add it with a different service it's giving you that message. The way you've added it is fine, just enable filtering and it will work.

Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing when Ping Heatmap isn't working please? You don't need to update necessarily but can if you wish - it's just a security change nothing else.

I would suggest putting the XR WAN IP found on the System Information page in the DMZ on your BGW - this will help you get an Open NAT and also potentially solve any issues where it may be blocking traffic from the router causing some of the things we've seen so far.
